个人简历

韩旭,博士,讲师。2017年获得合肥工业大学微电子科学与工程专业学士学位,20172023年由澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学(电子与通信工程专业,哲学博士学位)与兰州大学(物理学专业,理学博士学位)联合培养攻读双博士学位。20237月入职合肥工业大学仪器科学与光电工程学院。目前主要从事集成光电子器件与芯片方面的研究,研究内容主要包括(但不限于)面向数据中心和高速光通信应用的集成光子电路,面向高速、大容量光互连的片上光子网络,面向未来片上实验室(Lab-on-a-chip)的便携式光学传感器。目前以第一作者身份在国际光学期刊发表学术论文12篇,包括3篇封面文章,授权中国国家发明专利7项,中国科学报、科学网、两江科技评论等媒体都对工作做过详细解读。担任多个知名SCI期刊审稿人。
