个人简介:
张祥,男,理学博士,硕士生导师。2016年6月本科毕业于吉林大学电子科学与技术专业,获工学学士学位;2021年6月博士毕业于吉林大学电子学院/集成光电子学国家重点实验室,获理学博士学位;2019年9月至2020年9月于美国维克森林大学纳米技术与分子材料中心联合培养,师从David L. Carroll教授。2021年9月加入合肥工业大学微电子学院,从事微电子领域的科研和教学工作。近年来,在IEEE Electron Device Lett.,Appl. Phys. Lett.,Adv. Optical Mater.,IEEE Trans. Electron Device,ACS Photonics等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,目前主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金等多项科研项目。
开设课程:
《模拟电子技术基础》。
研究方向:
(1)信号处理与电路集成应用研究:面向光电器件在健康监测、信息加密光通信和成像等领域应用,开展信号处理、电路设计与集成等研究,协同人工智能算法,实现光电器件的系统级应用。
(2)光探测与光发射器件研究:面向高性能和集成化需求,开展新型光电探测器件及有机发光器件的研究。
