个人简介:
罗林保,现任微电子学院教授,博士生导师。中国电子学会会员,国际电气与电子工程师协会高级会员(IEEE,Senior Member)。2009年毕业于香港城市大学应用物理系,获哲学博士学位,2011年加入合肥工业大学。近些年主要从事高性能半导体光电子器件及基于嵌入式系统和FPGA的光电集成技术的研究工作。迄今为止已经在IEEE TED, IEEE EDL, Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., ACS Nano等学术期刊上发表研究论文近240篇(其中第一/通讯作者论文160多篇),相关论文被Google检索引用超1.3万次(Web of Science引用1万次),单篇最高引用近500次,累计有12篇论文入选ESI高被引论文(1%),个人h-因子为58。以第一发明人申请国家发明专利30项,已获授权20项。先后指导近40名硕士研究生,其中有16人获得国家奖学金。2020年获安徽省自然科学奖二等奖1项(排名第一)。曾入选安徽省学术与技术带头人后备人选,斯坦福大学全球顶级Top 2%科学家,全球前10万Top科学家名单和2022年度爱思唯尔(Elsevier)“中国高被引学者年度榜单”。John-Wiley旗下的“Materials View中国”,“Advanced Science News”以及“Nanotechweb.org”等网站或媒体曾多次报道本团队在高性能微纳米光电子器件领域的研究工作,相关成果也先后被“中国新闻网”、“中国科学报”、“新华社”等国内主流媒体报道和转载。

研究生招生:
每年招收硕士生4-6人,希望考生具有电子科学与技术、微电子科学与工程、电子信息等专业背景,并对可重构硬件电路(FPGA)、嵌入式系统(SoC)、数字图像处理(DIP)、数字信号处理(DSP)和光电子器件与系统有着浓厚的兴趣。目前本人指导硕士研究生18人,博士研究生3人。课题组毕业生多数去ASML、英特尔、华为、长鑫存储、兆易创新等半导体龙头公司工作。另外,本课题组与美国、澳洲、芬兰、韩国、香港等多个国家和地区的课题组保持着良好的合作关系,先后有多位同学赴美国加州大学洛杉矶分校、南加州大学、新加坡国立大学、香港大学,香港理工大学攻读博士学位。对于表现优异的学生,将推荐去其境外大学交流访问,或攻读博士学位(可享受全额奖学金)。
本科生招生:
本课题组常年招收电子科学与技术、微电子科学与工程和集成电路设计与集成系统等专业成绩优秀的本科生参与光电子器件的相关可重构硬件电路(FPGA)、嵌入式(SoC)系统级设计及数字图像处理算法相关的研究项目或大创项目。迄今为止已有多位学生通过在本实验室开展研究工作,最终顺利被录取美国、新加坡、香港等地的名校的全奖博士研究生。
