Geoghegan has been a Visiting Fellow at theLincoln Institute of Land Policyin Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has served as an Associate Editor for theAmerican Journal of Agricultural Economicsas well as President for theNortheastern Agricultural and Resource Economics Association. Her research has been funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the National Science Foundation, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (including a New Investigator Program award), and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
