摘要:A convenient and efficient anisotropic thermal conductivity prediction model of composite phase change materials (CPCMs) prepared by hot-pressing method was proposed. This model quantitatively calculates the angular distribution of thermal conductivity particles in CPCMs. The predicted value of anisotropic thermal conductivity is in good agreement with the experimental value. The distribution of ellipsoidal thermal conductivity particles in the CPCMs tends to be horizontal with increasing compression ratio, which makes the anisotropy of the thermal conductivity of CPCMs obvious. By decreasing the particle thickness, increasing the particle length and reducing the boundary thermal resistance of the particles, the radial thermal conductivity of the CPCMs can be improved.
