Min Peng received the B.S. and Ph. D. degrees from the Department of Electronic Engineering and Information Science, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China, in 2005 and 2010, respectively. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Research Engineer with Huawei Nanjing Research Institute, Nanjing. Now, he is an associate professor in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China.
