蓝松，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师，安徽省海外高层次人才计划入选者，中国科协海智计划特聘专家。分别在合肥工业大学、北京航空航天大学和英国拉夫堡大学，取得学士、硕士和博士学位。曾在英国拉夫堡大学担任助理研究员，在新加坡国立大学担任博士后研究员。曾获国际埃尼奖提名，安徽省“百人计划”青年项目，合肥市市级领军人才，国家公派留学奖学金，英国拉夫堡大学优秀博士奖学金等荣誉，主要研究领域：余热转换与利用、混合动力汽车动力系统，新能源汽车热管理。近五年发表高水平学术论文20余篇，其中ESI高被引论文2篇，出版英文专著1部。
