Dr. Bin Chen received the Ph.D. degree in electronics and communications engineering from the University College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland, in 2015. He is an Associate Professor with the Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China. During 2016-2019, he was a Post-Doctoral with Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
